Whats better for you for whitening teeth? White strips or using baking soda?

I need to whiten my teeth, but I want to do it the healthiest way possible. Thank you guys!

Baking soda polishes teeth with it's gritty texture but I wouldn't use it too often. Hydrogen Peroxide rinse works really well daily. You can get it at a very low cost in the first-aid section of most stores. It is the main ingredient in most of the higher cost whitening mouthwash rinses. (Try to hold the rinse in your mouth for a minute before you swish and then rinse out; and then brush teeth.)
