I was talking to a dentists offer this teeth whitening powder that when you add water it turn into a paste you can buy for 40$ but they said that they have to make teeth inprestions to use the paste. The inprestions are 400$ Just wondering, could I just buy this stuff and put it something like a mouth Gard and use it like that? Or is there something else I can use as a substitute for impressions.. You know something that I could puck up at a general store

white teeth aren't natural. don't bother. just brush every day and eat right and they will become their proper color.
