My daddy is a dentist so I'm just telling you what I've heard from him. The best bet would be to talk to your dentist about a tooth whitening tray. They will supply you with everything you need. The only thing with Crest Whitestrips and other whitening things is that they could possibly make your teeth very sensitive.
