Dipping cotton swabs in bleach and rubbing down my teeth with them? Not touching anything but the teeth, then immediately rinsing my mouth.

Extremely dangerous!!!! Do not do this. Household bleach should never get anywhere near your mouth. If you insist on trying to bleach your teeth with something at home, try hydrogen peroxide. but I advice against that as well. Either buy Crest white strips or see a dentist for bleaching teeth. DO NOT PUT HOUSEHOLD BLEACH ON YOUR TEETH OR IN YOUR MOUTH, EVER!!!!!!
