I'm having trouble determining which is the best as each dentist advise the one they sell is the best (of course) but I cant search for information on the products without something to each for eg the product or brand…

It's all basically the same stuff. It is a percentage of hydrogen peroxide (11%-22%) in some thickeners to help it stay on the teeth. The Target strip is just a clone of Crest... It all works. "Laser" whitening only works faster but won't make your teeth whiter than any of the over the counter products, though you might go through a couple of kits to acheive the same results. Bottom line: nobody's is "better"
