get things that say hydrogen peroxide in the ingredients and of course things labeled whitening haha. try getting arm and hammer whitening booster gel. it's a gel type thing that you apply with your toothpaste(cause it doesn't have fluoride, just mainly hydrogen peroxide) and you just brush normally for 2 minutes and you don't even taste it. it's just like your brushing your teeth. it's only about 4-5 dollars and it really works. im currently using it and i get lots of compliments on how white my teeth look! best whitening strips are of course crest. they have different varieties and costs. but since you are on a budget i'd get the crest whitening strips Premium. They are the 2nd cheapest and they work really good also. go to crest.com and go to the whitening section and you can check out the different types and compare it with the other ones. and wear darker colors to make your teeth look really bright and white! :)
