Someone told me today that they met a woman who had amazingly white teeth, and she told her that her secret was diluting bleach in water, and rinsing her mouth with it. Has anyone heard of anyone else doing that and it working?

Well, if they did do that, that probably went straight to the ER to get their stomach pumped or something. You never put bleach in your mouth...you can use hydrogen perioxide and swish it around in your mouth to help clean your gums, but it will not lighten or "bleach" your teeth. Dental bleaching can only be done by a DENTIST
