How do you mix the solution of baking soda and peroxide to whiten teeth, ex. how many tsp etc.?

I am told that this solution will help to whiten teeth so I am interested in using it. Thanks for your help.

First of all, please dont. this will only irritate the gums around your teeth. It will not whiten your teeth. You need to use a bleaching gel with hydrogen peroxide in it.
