if i brush them with baking soda r they gonna be white right after or do i need to do it the night before or sooner than that???

Jan is right, baking soda is an abrasive and will wear away the enamel on your teeth quickly. It will make your teeth very sensitve! I noticed at wal-mart tonight they had Equate white strips for $14. They will whiten your teeth in two weeks, safely. I use Crest Vivid White toothpaste. I love it. I used a tube of it and when i went to a different toothpaste, I could tell they were more white when i used the Vivid White and it's only $3. There are a ton of inexpenssive, ADA approved ways to whiten your teeth.
