I used crest whitening strips and now my teeth are in so much pain. I couldn't sleep last night. I obviously won't be using them again, but can someone please tell me how I can feel better in the mean time? I am very uncomfortable! Thank you

i know ur pain, just have to wait it out. take some tylenol or advil for the pain, rinse ur mouth out with warm salt water and i'm sure there's otc gum medication like orajel that'll help u. if they're still inflamed for like a week go see ur doctor
