whitening my teeth??

im 14 and until about a year ago i really negelcted my teeth ive been brushing regularly for almost a year with whitening toothpaste and my teeth r still yellowish? how do i get my teeth whiter?

I had a similar issue but I was 20 when I started trying to solve it and it was just my bottom row that was the trouble. Whitestrips kind of work... Whitening toothpaste NEVER works... The WhiteStrips seemed to even out the colouration but they still aren't as white as I'd like. There are several different kinds you can use: 5 Minute strips I used these the first time because I got 2 months worth of them and I felt that the "slow and steady" approach would work. Everybody said I was an idiot and I should have gotten the 30 minute strips but I kept up and I barely saw any change. 30 Minute strips I just got these and I am 3 days into the treatment. I have noticed little to no change but these stay on better and don't taste as sweet. They aren't bitter but it still feels like you have a condom on your teeth (not that I would understand that feeling) Verdict; Get the strips but don't expect miracles. Use baking soda to brush your teeth if you can stand it and if you want fresh breath, use flossing but don't floss if you don't care. Also, don't brush your teeth before using the strips or they will fall right off.
