I was looking on the internet for home remedies for teeth whitening. I fould ALOT of people saying bakig soda, peroxide..etc. I found this one that says to mix baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, table salt, and a dab of regular toothpaste and mix to a paste and brush teeth, says to use once a week and brush with regular toothpaste afterwards. But will any of these ingredients wear away my enamel, or be bad for my gums??
