Has anyone ever heard or tried hydrogen peroxide for your teeth? Does it ruin your enamel? Is it safe? I know crest strips ruin your enamel so I don't want that to happen with this. Thank you.

Any type of bleaching agent will damage the enamel if done too much. Crest Whitestrips will not damage the enamel unless you overdo it. Same goes for hydrogen peroxide.
