Does hydrogen peroxide and banking soda really whiten teeth?

Mixing Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda into a paste, and applying it to the tooth for 20 min, will this whiten teeth?

Yes. This is a good solution to use for a quick brightening. You will see a difference after brushing. Dont brush too vigorously though. You want a gentle but thorough cleansing.
