I just got my teeth whitened and I was told not to use anything that might stain my teeth. My dentist also mentioned not to use mouth wash. I was just wondering, will using a blue colored toothpaste cause discoloration in my teeth?

yes it would but lightly. you should use baking soda toothpaste by arm and hammer. it helps to keep white teeth white and shiny. the toothpaste itself is white so you do not need to worry about it staining your teeth. or you can use crest or colgate vanilla flavored toothpaste too because its a creamy white color that does not stain your teeth. those are the two toothpastes that i use. hope this helps.
