I'm getting my braces off in about a month and I'm scarred that they won't be as white as they were before I got braces (4 years ago...). I am wondering if there are any side-effects whitening strips would have on my teeth, if you recommend them, and if so what you're favourite kind is! Thank-you!

It's perfectly fine to bleach your teeth. Yes your teeth may be sensitive....but only for a couple days. You can stop bleaching when they get sensitive and then do it again once they feel better. I would recommend Crest White Strips Premium from the store or Crest White Strips Supreme from your dentist.
