what are the best products on the market to help whiten teeth?

i usualy drink coffee inthe morning and noon during work and iv noticed staining on my teeth and of course its really embarising i know iv hurd of crest strips and plus whitning trays but i dont know really what would get the job done faster can anyone help

Brush your teeth after drinking coffee (fights the coffee breath, as well), and get into a habit of eating perhaps a carrot and an apple a day, they're good for cleaning teeth. Mostly, though, just brush your teeth after drinking coffee, preferably with some natural toothpaste. The whitening stuff usually isn't very healthy. I'm pretty sure, though, that there's specific gum, for after-coffee use. It's supposed to clean the teeth, and help the breath.. I think it's at starbucks or something, I'm not sure, for I haven't tried it. But yeah. Just, brush brush brush. :)
