How many times do i whiten my teeth with baking soda and salt?

I want to get it whitened asap! Also, can u use this mixture on braces????

If you use it on braces then your teeth won't all be one color. Wait til you get your braces off and only do it once or twice a week or you're going to kill your teeth and it'll be easier for them to get cavities and crap.
