make sure you brush your teeth and floss. If you go to any grocery store they have many toothpastes. You should get the whitening toothpaste. Also, instead of mouthwash, i saw this product made by crest. Its like mouthwash except instead of killing bad breath it whitens teeth so you may be interested in that.
