I have tried using various white strips (the old crest white strips, listerine, and colgate supreme) and a couple whitening trays but with everyone after the first treatment my teeth become sensitive and on the second i get VERY painful shocks in my teeth which i think is from the nerves. I dont know what the problem is but i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. P.S. i use sensodyne religiously and it works great just not when i try to whiten my teeth.

There are many teeth whitening from home systems and it worth to try best products. To not spend money ,some offer risk free trial, like Idol White Teeth Whitening (highly recommended) or Alta White Teeth Whitening systems (see the source box site for more details).In this way you can test if this really works for your teeth. Use baking soda one time each week (not more to not destroy your enamel). Hope this helps !
