I'm looking for answers from people who actually tried any kind of method and their results.

I use Simply White. They have a pre-rinse and a tray that holds the gel you're supposed to use to whiten your teeth. It took me less than 3 days to notice my teeth were much whiter. Now I only have to use the Simply White for touch-ups. They have the cheapest whitener on the market where I live, but it is very effective. After trying it, I wouldn't switch to another. Just follow package directions for a whiter, brighter smile!
