How Can i whiten my teeth with out buying any thing?

Can i use hydrogen peroxide?

use a mixture of baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and water. don't scrub your teeth too hard and don't use this solution too often. make sure the hydrogen peroxide is the over the counter strength. you'll see a difference immediately.
