do Pearl Drops tooth whitening products work?

well ive tried alot of whitening toothpaste but they dont really work, i want to get my teeth whitened but my mom says not untill i finish all my dental work and that. so anyways for those of you who have used these products do they work? which one is the best? i was thinking of getting the Pearl Drops Freshmint Whitening Toothpaste because it seems simple to use but im not sure if itll be better to get sumthin like Pearl Drops® Hollywood Nights Whitening Wand? that one seems really complicated but it says itll be 7 shades whiter what do u think? http://www.pearldrops.com.au/default.aspx?FolderID=24&ArticleID=30

The only whiteners that work are the ones purchased from the dentist. Pearl drops ordinary paste is great it keeps the teeth shiny.
