Baking Soda. Tastes gross but is abraisive and works great!!! I like the Hydrogen idea also, (it tastes gross too) maybe both together??? I haven't tried that. Don't swallow the baking soda either, even though it won't hurt you. To use the baking soda you would put your reg toothpaste on your brush and either dip the brush in the bsoda or sprinkle it on. That makes it taste a little better. Or you can just dip a damp toothbrush in the bsoda. Good luck!!
