I dont want to buy those expensive whitening strips, nor do i wanna use mouth wash. I just want a simple thing that i can do to make my teeth whiter using something i can find in my house.. dont say brush your teeth.. i already do that!

Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide mixed and you brush your teeth with it.. i tried it and i noticed a difference after the second time but stopped because the taste was absolutely awful. I just bought "natural white 5 minute whitening" today for $10 and i just asked a question on it but my sister said it worked great and her teeth are amazingly white.. so you can try it (she bought it for $5 but i just bought it and the price went up)..... its the jell and mouth tray kit
