I remember hearing something about it increasing your risk of cancer a while back, but i'm not sure if it was reliable. What are the risks of teeth whitening? Are there different types of teeth whitening? What are the risks for each of them? Oh & what would you reccomend?

There are lots of different ways to whiten your teeth these days, including some very convenient at-home products for when you don't want to bother with a trip to a dentist. It's not dangerous or damaging anymore these days, because only very low concentrations of peroxide (agressive stuff) are used nowadays.
