okay i want to whiten my teeth and i wanna get in shape also but i don't know what i can or can not do during pregnancy i would love to get started before giving birth ... what product is the best for whitening and what really does work?!? will it really ruin your teeth or not?!? any ideas please let me know what i can do to use for whitening besides tooth paste like will the whitening strips help or no?!?
