How can i whiten my teeth?

Ok so i have realllllllly bad teeth theyer like yellow and white spotted its siiickkk and my dentist says i cant whiten it yet so i want a way BESIDES USING SPECIAL TOOTHPASTE to whiten my teeth realllly quick and easy thanks
