Do you know a good way to whiten teeth using over the counter stuff? What has worked for you? thanks in advance!

go smile or zoom are two different but similiar treatments performed by dentists in their office. takes less than an hour to do and the whitening will last up to 6-8 months depending whether you are a coffee or tea drinker. cost is roughly $399 but you can find specials for $250. any dentist can do this because it is the technicians that do it. crest white strips which you can pick up from costco for the best value is another option that is less expensive. not the same results, but better than what these other people are saying.
