Alright so i have had braces for four years now and between those 4 years my teeth have gotten a little yellow becaz you cant brush everything when you have braces. So ive been brushing my teeth day and night. but it just stays the same. dont tell me to go get my teeth whitened becaz my parents wont let me. So if you could give me some other things i could do to help it. Thank you.

brush with baking soda, rinse, then brush with peroxide and rinse. 2x's a week, you'll notice a difference the first time
