I was wondering if over the conunter treatments, such as the Crest White strips actually do work. Have any of you tried them? And how long do they last?

It depends--do you have a lot of stains on your teeth (coffe, for example)? If you do, then they will HELP. They will show an improvement. The best way is to get a professional cleaning, and commercial teeth whiteners like Crest will remove some of it, but it won't be an amazing fix like commercials will have you believe. Try it and if you aren't happy, see a dentist.
