I have heard that you will lose sensitivity of your teeth when you use whitening toothpaste. Is that true? Plus what other problems do they give you in the future? Which whitening toothpaste is the safest/best?

When you use whitening agents, they tend to wear away your enamel, which in turn, makes them sensitive as well as making your gums tender due to irritation depending on how abrasive your whitening product is. Your best bet is to use a gradual whitening agent, which won't wreck your teeth.
