What is the best method of whitening your teeth after you get your braces off?

Whitening strips? Which ones? Whitening toothpaste? Which is best? Do they give you something to help whiten them? And did you have any little squares on your teeth afterwards? Thanks :) I get mine off in 8 days :D

I never had the scars from braces on my teeth, but as soon as I got them done I used "White & Brite" that I got from my dentist.. it came with 2 little syringes filled with the whitening agent, and was around $50 and I put the gel in my retainer I received from my dentist! But that was like 4 years ago, and I recently realized I needed to touch up so I tried the new Crest 3D Professional Effects, which is the strongest product Crest provides, and found it works JUST as well, if not better, bc you don't have the gel and the strips stayed in place the entire time! Congrats on getting your braces off though and good luck whitening!! **Also- they have the same 3D line toothpaste and mouth wash too that I have been using!
