what is the best remedy for teeth whitening?

I need a teeth whitener that is not expensive and dangerous, but effective
--------------------
I did what "Chewy" said with the peroxide and baking soda + my whitening toothpaste. I'm a heavy coffee drinker and my regular 'whitening' brand was not cutting it for me. In my case, it took some time to undo years of coffee stains. I did see improvement in one week. Now, they're many shades whiter to the point I'm no longer embarrassed to smile. I have not suffered any ill effects from this process, granted I've only been doing it for just short of a year. Level teaspoon of baking soda One quarter teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide. Mix with one normal application of toothpaste paste or gel. Do this either first thing in the morning or right before bed, but not both. Peace. T
